C'est un élément indispensable du Round Robin, car il représente la mémoire et le fil conducteur de votre toile, c'est pourquoi, il faut y porter un très grand intérêt, tout autant qu'à la toile !

Il doit contenir
- Votre présentation pour vous faire connaitre des autres participantes,
- La présentation de votre thème pourquoi vous avez choisi ce thème,
- Vos attentes et vos recommandations, comme les couleurs ou les fils à utiliser ou à bannir, le style de motifs à broder, l'emplacement de signature éventuelle et sa taille...etc
- Votre grille, la gamme de couleurs de fils que vous avez utilisées, les références de votre motif, d'autres grilles éventuellement si vous estimez que votre thème est un peu pointu...
- Et bien sûr vos impressions sur cette expérience.

Laissez ensuite l'opportunité à vos coéquipières de se présenter à leur tour et de laisser un mot explicatif de leur choix, un souvenir de leur passage sur votre toile.

Il se présente généralement sous forme de carnet, mais vous pouvez laisser vagabonder votre imagination et réaliser vous-même un carnet de bord sur tout support et en rapport avec votre thème. Tout est permis !
