Opération Teddy Bear

Voici quelques explications (c'est un copier/coller de la rubrique du site d'origine)
1) Les carrés doivent être en aïda 5,5 blanc et faire 26x26cm avec la broderie de 23x23cm maximum dans laquelle doivent être brodés le prénom, la ville et le pays de la brodeuse. Les enfants qui reçoivent les quilts sont contents de voir qu'on pense à eux de partout dans le monde.
2) Pour la France, les carrés sont assemblés par Gloria et ses amies de Chamonix quand on les lui envoie par 12. Quand elle en reçoit 1 par ci par là, elle les envoie à Hazel.
3) Quand les quilts sont terminés, il y a 2 sortes de répartition :
- Soit ils sont donnés à un enfant malade quand OTB est prévenu par une personne sûre qu'il y a un enfant malade quelquepart. Dans ce cas, Gloria les double avec un tissu polaire pour que l'enfant ait bien chaud.
- Soit les quilts sont envoyés pour la loterie qui a lieu une fois par an au Canada. Et l'argent sert à envoyer les enfants malades qui n'ont pas les moyens au camp Trillium où ils peuvent apprendre à vivre comme les autres. 4) Pour la date, Gloria la fixe quand 12 personnes sont inscrites pour la réalisation d'un quilt entier.
